At Count's Kustoms The Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship It Back
Send your package using a traceable shipping method to our Las Vegas warehouse; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our crew inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
